How does Zulily shipping work?

To provide the best value, we bundle orders. Once you place an order and pay for shipping, any additional items purchased before midnight PT the same day will ship for free.

What is the return policy?

Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. For eligible items, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for store credit, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

Why do some items take longer to ship?

Zulily waits until a sales event ends to order products from our brand partners in bulk. This process allows us to offer significantly lower prices, though it may result in longer delivery times.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can typically be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, our automated fulfillment process begins to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and QCard.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we will email you a tracking number. You can also view real-time status updates under the 'My Orders' section of your account.
