At Zulily, we strive to offer the best value on unique finds, though most items are final sale to keep our prices low. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund in the form of store credit, minus shipping and handling fees.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit your 'Order History' to see if your item is marked as returnable; look for the 'Return Item' button next to the product details.

  Initiate Return

  Select the reason for your return and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our online return portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your Zulily account as store credit within 5-7 business days.
